Locked 460 is a live escape room located in Grand Rapids Michigan.You are locked in a room for 60 minutes (hence our name Locked 460) with family, friends, work colleagues, or others.You will have to solve a series of puzzles and mysteries to escape. Search high and low for clues and work together as a team if you want to escape.There are no physical activities or challenges required to solve the puzzles.
As part of our reopening plan, from COVID-19, we have switched to private room pricing only. We now require a minimum advance payment of $90 for groups of 2 to 3 people. Each additional person adds $30 to the private room rate and can be paid when you arrive early for your booking.
No.This is not a haunted house.There is no fear aspect within any of the rooms.If you want to leave the room at any point you can, and you may re-enter at any time.All rooms are monitored by staff.The rooms are well lit.Imagine being in a room the size of your living room with friends playing a real-life game of Clue.You are completely safe.
The decision is yours but we are not locking you in a coffin. You will be locked in a room the size of your living room that is well lit. The rooms are locked but we provide you the means to exit early, if you must. You may re-enter the room at any time.
We think just about everyone.It is a unique experience and one that you will talk about for years.This is a unique experience unlike any other.Kids under 12 will struggle with solving the puzzles and anyone under 16 will require one adult for supervision.Bring your teens and bring Grandma, they will all love this experience. You won’t find a more fun experience for corporate team building than our escape rooms.
The prime demographic for our rooms are 16 to 90 years old.Anyone under 16 we require one adult supervisor.These are brain games that require some thought and strategies.Not the best place for your 8-year-old birthday party.Go to Craigs Cruisers for that.
Our rooms have recommended maximums of 6 people (Apt 460) and 8 people (Lou’s Garage and Starship Icarus). All bookings will be private rooms. We will not add outside or unknown players to any bookings.
Once you book a room, there are no refunds. In order to keep our room start times accurate for everyone, we can not start a game late.All members must be there on time, once the room is locked we can not allow late arrivals into your group.Don’t be “that guy”.We recommend you show up 15 minutes prior to your game to get signed in and briefed.
Well, let’s just say you won’t be escaping in 10 minutes even if you think you are a smart snowflake. The success rate of getting out is around 40%.Each room is different and some are easier than others.Some people are just plain lucky.Doing one room does not make the next room easy.
Yes!We have corporations rent the entire facility out for private parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, company Christmas parties and family outings.Want to stage a marriage proposal?We can put the ring in a special container.Just make sure she says yes, because if she says no you are still locked in the room for 60 minutes and, let’s be honest, that would be awkward.To call and discuss group rates, exclusive parties and more contact us here.
Our building and store are accessible for wheelchair access.Although our rooms do not require physical challenges anyone that is able to communicate can be part of the experience.There will be props in the games such as padlocks to unlock, items to pick up and visually look for clues so we do recommend at least one member of the team able to perform those duties.Please contact us if you have specific questions that we can help with.
No.We also don’t allow any drinks or food in the rooms.Believe us, you don’t have time to drink or eat as you will be very busy!We are located right next to Buffalo Wild Wings so feel free to go there for your post or pre-game.If trying to decide to meet before or after we highly recommend you do the escape room first then go for drinks/food after.The experience is so fun your group will want to talk about the experience for a while when you are done.Many are so fired-up afterwards they want to stick around and talk about what just happened.
Yes, but you cannot take pictures while inside our rooms. We have an awesome photo op area for you to pose with your team after you play the game. We will take the pic and post to our Facebook page and Instagram. Feel free to tag, steal and share that photo all you want.
